9. General terms and conditions

Venue
1. The venue spans across the forest near the city of Ludoş, GPS coordinates {45.924350, 23.878393}.
2. Visitors are only expected to arrive on site on July 3rd 2025, the opening date. Arriving earlier might expose them to the inherent risks of the event buildup and might delay or hinder it, therefore they will not be allowed to wander around the premises before then.

Wristbands
1. When entering the festival, you will be given a wristband that you may use to go in and out of the venue. The wristband entitles its holder to stay on the event grounds from July 3rd 2025 up until and including July 7th 2025, and allows its holder to camp and/or park their car in the designated space, and use showers and toilets, in addition to attending to the festival.
2. The wristbands must be worn at all times and may be checked by the security team. If you fail to show a genuine wristband, you will have the choice to either pay the “at the door” entrance fee or to be escorted back to the gate, your identity will be registered and you will never be allowed to take part in any future Solomonari events.

Tickets 1. Tickets are sold for the event by the Solomonari company (the “promoter”) for the terms and conditions below and the rules and regulations of the Solomonari Festival (the “event”) and displayed at the venue (the “site”).
2. Using the ticket, and entering the site means that the ticket holder accepts and understands in full the terms and conditions hereby stated. By infringing any point of the terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to cancel the ticket, refuse entrance to the site, confiscate all infringing objects and withhold the payment of the ticket.
3. Tickets can be re-sold. The name on the ticket doesn't matter. What matters is the QR code, which can only be used once!
4. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be refunded. A readable ticket is required to enter the site. The ticket can be shown printed or digitally.
5. The promoter reserves the right to check the ticket on-site and verify that it matches the records of sold tickets. Upon non-compliance, the ticket holder will be required to either pay the entrance fee or leave the site.
6. Tickets cannot be used as competition prizes without the approval of the promoter.
7. The promoter may alter the line-up, the schedule or the festival dates (for instance, because of weather conditions) without having to refund or exchange tickets to any attendee.
8. The promoter reserves the right to search the belongings of everyone entering the site to prevent troubles, in case they are suspected of holding items not suitable for the visitors’ safety (ex: weapons, knives, drugs, explosives, fireworks or any dangerous good). Therefore, the promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the event if such items are found among the belongings of someone with a ticket.
9. Kids can enter the festival for free up to their 13th birthday.
10. Kids under 18 need to be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18 who will take full responsibility for them.

Behaviour & Safety
1. The ticket holder enters the site at his own risk. The site is immersed in nature and may contain known or unknown objects, either natural or man-made. Other people at the site may constitute a risk or a danger to your properties or yourself. By choosing to attend the event you accept and understand that the promoter will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your property or yourself, including stolen items or bodily harm. If you attend this event, you waive all rights to make any claims against the promoter, including legal actions by yourself or your family.
2. Visitors must take care of themselves at all times on the site: rest, drink, eat, and protect themselves from germs, ear loss, and any illnesses.
3. No bottles, glasses or glass containers are allowed on site. Glass increases the risk of injuries, as it can be harmful, and may cause fires. Anything made of glass, if found, will be confiscated. Abandoning glass on site also constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions.
4. Making fire is strictly prohibited: any flames, campfires, candles, stoves, fireworks, sky lanterns or incandescent cigarette butts are a threat to the site and to the event itself. Only fires lit by the organizers are admitted.
5. Drugs other than medicines are forbidden. Likewise: trafficking, offering or advertising any illegal substances is forbidden by Romanian law and anyone found in possession of any will be prosecuted to the maximal extent of the law. The promoter has zero tolerance for illegal drugs.
6. Pets are not allowed anywhere at the festival. Animals are always distressed by the loud volume and by the amount of people, and can end up fighting with one another. Visitors that have been travelling with their animals and have no other option but to bring them, may enter the premises, but are compelled to actively take care of them. They must keep them somewhere where the music is not loud, however, they can never roam unattended, therefore they need to be kept with a leash at all times, and can never be near the dancefloor. A muzzle is required for big-sized dogs to be worn if the dog is aggressive.
7. The site is a natural area. Visitors must not harm trees and must respect plants and animals that naturally live in the area.
8. Visitors are expected NOT to have any prejudice against any other visitor. They are expected to respect other visitors’ religion, origin, colour, sex, orientation, values, and habits at all times.
9. The event may expose visitors to loud music, which may cause hearing loss, especially for the younger ones. Visitors are expected to take the appropriate measures for themselves and those accompanying them (ex: earplugs, and earmuffs for kids).
10. Visitors must use toilets for their natural needs. Should you be forced to do it in nature, please take tissues and other hygiene-related waste away from nature and dispose of them at one of our waste recipients.
11. Garbage bags and waste disposal recipients are to be used at all times. Likewise, cigarette butts cannot be abandoned on the ground in the Site or any of its surroundings, we truly ask to pay attention to cigarette butts as they are highly toxic to nature.
12. Bringing any power generator is strictly forbidden to prevent sound pollution in the surroundings and if found will be confiscated.
13. Bringing your sound system is also forbidden for the same reasons.
14. Visitors and their vehicles may be checked at the entrance or inside the venue by the security team.
15. Any kind of items that can be used in an illegal, offensive, racist or dangerous manner will be confiscated and their holders will be asked to leave the festival site with their tickets revoked and no refund.
16. It is forbidden to pitch tents in the parking space for safety reasons.
17. Visitors must check where the safety area location is on the event’s map and must visit it for any medical issues they might have while attending the event. If they are suggested by the medical team to leave the festival and go to a nearby hospital they must comply with the request and not continue to attend the event instead.

2. It is forbidden to park on the roads, local paths or forbidden areas which may prevent other people from circulating or moving safely.
3. Cars are allowed to move during the festival, to go for groceries for example. However, always drive at an appropriate speed, with everyone’s safety in mind (visitors wandering by foot, kids, tents) and with courtesy. Any accident happening near the festival will be your sole responsibility and may endanger the festival, including the possible premature ending of it, so always be careful and don't drink and drive as there may be police checks near the festival site.
4. Because of their size, camper vans, RV’s and caravans cannot be moved during the festival.
5. It is forbidden to throw your campervan toilets’ contents or grey water on the site (neither in nature nor in the toilets). Instead, visitors must use specific areas in other locations for campervan waste disposal.

Image Rights
1. Ticket holders expressly consent to their appearance in video and/or audio recordings and accept that such recordings might be made public without any further permission. They also consent to their inclusion in newsletters or other forms of communication in the future. We will have a professional photographer and video maker taking photos and filming during the whole festival, if you attend, you agree to these recordings and that you may appear in an official video for the festival in the future. By attending you give to the promoter full agreement for the use of your image.
2. It is allowed to take photos for personal use, under the condition that the privacy of other visitors is respected. Anyone acting weirdly will have their photo equipment confiscated and returned only at the end of the festival.
3. Professional audio/video recording devices and drones are forbidden, we have a paid professional who will take official footage and therefore other drones cannot fly at any time. If you are a photographer you must ask for the promoter's permission to take photos/videos and agree to share all the footage with the promoter for future advertising use, this is if you want to take photos or videos with a professional camera. Any photo or video taken at the festival cannot be sold either directly or through any photo distribution system (like Shutterstock or any similar service).

4. Shops must ensure the goods, foods and drinks they sell are safe for their consumers. Any disease or food poisoning happening at the festival will not be the promoter's responsibility but only the shop's responsibility. The promoter is exempt from any repercussion or legal action in such event. The promoter will do its best to make sure the shops are selling healthy food and that are responsible for the safety of their customers.
5. Visitors under the age of 18 and intoxicated visitors will not be served with any alcoholic beverages in the bars.

Force Majeure
1. In the case of force majeure such as war, civil or political unrest, actions/orders from the authorities, strikes, natural catastrophes, epidemics and any other severe or highly unexpected factors, the promoter may cancel the festival. If this were to happen, the money received from the ticket sales would NOT be refunded following Romanian law.
